Make Sales & Purchases check boxes on Codes list active, ie lose the update button

I know I'm old, and that this has been asked for many times before, but there's no warning that I have ticked or un-ticked these boxes and forgotten that microscopic update button, placed at the bottom of the page where even young people might miss it.

PLEASE PLEASE either

  1. make the checkboxes active & get rid of the button or

  2. warn old guys like me that I've forgotten to hit the button if I come to leave the page, maybe make the update button jump about the page, with flashing light and sirens, whenever a check box is updated?

I'm with you on this Paul - the position of the button alone makes it quite annoying.

PS I can't believe somebody has pledged £20 - surely that's enough to push it through?? ;-)

Hi Paul,

The Toggle Features page works in the manner you describe so I can't imagine it would be an issue to do it that way for the Account Codes screen.

Hopefully it's a change we will see in the future.

I pledged £20 to it as I waste more than that every month finding my microscope to find the update button!
