You can currently generate an ical link on the Settings>Configure system>iCal menu which will then allow you to add this as a new calendar from URL in most calendar applications.

although further integration with Google apps is on our request board.

Now all we need is a better calendar inside ClearBooks for planning our work/deadline, etc. ;-)

yes indeed :) Improvements to the calendar has been requested before so I will add you to the mailing list if there are any developments.

Just thought I would mention though - there is one basic calendar feature I'm not sure if you have seen which allows you to add in custom notes (events) - if you click on the cog wheels on the calendar widget you can enable custom notes and the add notes using the button:
