Customer Statements

I need to send statements out to customers but I'm not happy with the layout, how do I change to what I want?

Hi Robert,

At current, we do not offer personalised customer statements. However, we do have 3 different views; PDF, HTML and the in-software view. Have you given these a try?

You can just send them their statement link so they can view it online.

I agree, I would like to be able to edit the statements in the same way as invoice themes.

Also in the statement there is no differentiation between invoices that are due and ones that are overdue. Without this they aren't really fit for purpose, so we are having to resort to printing them out and copying the figures into a word document.
