Duplicate an employee function

As a hospitality business, we have a few employees who come back either in the summer or over Christmas to work for a few weeks,

It would be more than helpful to have a 'create duplicate employee' function, in the box where it says we have to create a duplicate of an employee. It would save quite a bit of time and error correction.
