Language/Descriptions/Hierarchy should be consistent between the iPhone app and the web app.

The UI and labelling are inconsistent between the mobile app and web app. That's really confusing for amateur users and adds a level of mental friction every time you switch between mobile and desktop.

The iPhone app has a pretty clear hierarchy of SALES (create invoice/create quote) PURCHASES (Create Bill/Bill from upload/send photo to inbox)

The web app starts with different language - INCOME (create invoice) EXPENSES (manually record expense)

it then has separate boxes for QUOTES and BILLS INBOX

That implies that Bills are somehow different to Expenses.

My preference would be to move to Sales and purchases for the web app.

Create quote should be moved next to Create invoices in the Sales box

All the Bills inbox stuff should move to the purchases box

(then add the aged debtors report to the dashboard requested elsewhere)
