Ability to unsubscribe from community post updates

I'd like the ability to stop receiving community emails when posts are made on certain threads that i'm no longer following the progress of.

Hello Kevin,
Thanks for the Idea. I do think this is a great one since some customers do wish to stop getting the emails once it has been completed.
Hopefully it will get more likes so the development team can implement this.
