‘Edit invoice theme’ navigation update

What is it and what does it do?

We’ve made a minor change to improve the ‘Edit invoice theme’ page. This page allows users to edit or create a custom theme for their invoices.

The tabs which were previously at the top of the page now appear as a menu on the left hand side of the page. This is phase 1 of several improvements to the page which will improve both user experience and also performance and speed of the page,

How do I start using it?

This new layout will be in Clear Books Preview until December 14th, when it will become a permanent feature in all accounts.

To turn this update on and see the new layout straight away, click Preview in the drop down menu at the top of your dashboard or click here.

You can then navigate to Settings > Invoice themes > Create

It is a pity that a ClearBooks account in the Netherlands doesn't have customizable invoice themes

Hi Peter,

It is true that an invoice theme editor is not available to users in the Netherlands. There are a number of reasons why we chose to do this - first and foremost we want to ensure that any invoice themes created using the tool meet NL requirements (the pre-created ones do).

At the moment we are not working on supporting this feature, however it is on our roadmap.

Would it be possible to transfer the account to the UK? My other business resides under Clearbooks UK. The invoices themes in NL look very unproffesional imho
