Improvement: Payroll Import into Accounts

Hi all!

We are very pleased to announce another improvement our developers have made.

Previously, in the Payroll module, when setting the monthly payday as the 31st and using the Import into Accounts feature, if the month had 30 days, the imports would have appeared on the 1st of the following month.

Our developers have now made some changes such that regardless if the month has 30 days or less, and that the payday was set as the 31st, the bills will be imported on the last day of the month. This change will be particularly important for February.
