Improvement: Invoice Preference moved to own menu

Hi all,

Just a quick announcement.

We have reviewed the Invoice Preferences navigation and have moved this to its own menu for clarity and awareness. The new navigation steps will be Settings > Configure System > Invoice Preferences.
