Improvement: Copy Built-in invoice themes

Just a quick update on our invoice themes menu. Customers have been asking us to have the ability to edit the details of our own built-in themes. You can now do this by using the new copy option - this will create a duplicate of the Built-in theme in your My Theme list and allow you to edit details as required.
