New feature: Convert quotes to purchase orders

Sales quotes can now be converted to a purchase order.

When viewing a quote, you can use the "Create PO" option.

Or from the quotes list, use the "Manage" link and select "Create purchase order".

This setup a new purchase order with all the line item details from the quote, which you can then modify and save as required.

Completed, accepted and invoiced quotes can all be converted to purchase orders.
