Improvement: Easy to find VAT schemes and tax settings

Finding your VAT schemes and other tax settings is now much simpler.

The “Settings” menu now has a simple “Tax” option.

Navigate to VAT schemes using the tab control at the top of the tax settings page

Organisation details are now accessible from the organisation icon on the toolbar.
