When sending items to the Bills inbox via the Clear Books app, you can now send photos already stored on your device.

So you can take quick photos on the fly using your normal camera app, and send them to Clear Books later, or capture and send a receipt or invoice in one process from the app. Both options are now available to fit your workflow.

Get started

If you have images stored on your mobile device that you want to send to the bills inbox, select "Send photos to bills inbox" from the add menu in the Clear Books mobile app.

Selecting images from the device

Select the file icon to choose an existing image instead of taking a new one.

Note: If you have multiple images for the same purchase, select "Multiple" mode before choosing the files.

Sending images from the device

When an image is selected, it will be sent to the Clear Books bills inbox and you can send more images from the device or take new photos to send.

Ready for review

The image(s) will be ready to review in the bills inbox with data extracted automatically, ready to be saved to your Clear Books purchases records.
