VAT changes on audit log

We've added a new feature which means that any VAT changes made by a user will be recorded in the audit log. This will benefit users by allowing them to see whether any incorrect adjustments have been made. This will show up even if the scheme has been deleted.

Please note: User and IP address details are shown but are redacted in the screenshot below.
