Access to old accounts

We need to retrieve some information from our old accounts with Clearbooks in order to complete our annual acc ounts. Is it possibl;e to grant temporary access so I can print off what we need and extract the info etc for each customer?

Also we were refunded our annual subscription a while back when we cancelled - how are we able to withdraw this amount to our bank rather than being held as a credit?

Hi Craig,

I've placed your account on a two week trial extension and if you could send your bank details to us over at contact support, then we can process the refund into your bank account via bank transfer.
