Accidental Card Payments

Hi, During the Christmas period I accidently used my business card on Amazon to buy some presents.

I have been advised to make these as a directors loan however when trying to explain the items from my bank import, which option do I select in Account? I dont see directories loans and of course want to make sure its set correctly in the balance sheet.

Hi Alex,

Have you already created a Director's Loan Account via Money > Bank Accounts > Add?

Hi Chris, Yes I have but i dont see any reference to that in that account section.

Hi Alex,

Simply use the transfer tab when you are explaining these transactions as transfers to the DLA and that will be correct.
