After downloading a backup file the go button gets disabled. This means I have to manually refresh the page to download something else! Incredibly frustrating trying to use this tool as a result.
SolvedSorry James - I have escalated on to our development team to resolve.

Thank you for taking the time to report the issue, I can see how this was frustrating for you.
I'm pleased to say the problem has been resolved now, so going forward exporting shouldn't be as annoying.
