Lost ability to raise new invoices?

Frustratingly as this weekend was my nominated accounts and billing weekend, I seem to have lost the ability to raise invoices on my Clearbooks account.

I get a error message saying that I am not authorised to create invoices and to contact my administrator. It's only me in the business?

Can reach my Accountant or Clearbooks as it's a Saturday. :(

Anyone else having this problem?

This is going to hold me back on month end billing....grrr

Did your accountant set Clear Books up for you? Sounds like your user permissions have been amended for some reason.

Hi Kevin, Had a fast reply via the feedback option on the Clearbooks site, so thanks for that. Yes, it seems my Accountant may have adjusted something. I got hold of him and it's all fixed. Back to invoicing..... Thanks
