Deactivating the automated bank holidays notice to employees

Yesterday all my employees received an email telling them they were on holidays for Easter Monday !!! I leave in a Muslim country and there's no Easter here. How can I deactivate this feature. Urgent please.

Hi,

If you head to Settings>Year>Year details, you can disable the bank holidays feature so that your employees are not given these days off by default.
