Entering Credits

When I have finished entering a credit, why is it when I go to do the next one the "Next" icon is greyed out. I then have to do 2 more steps, Credit Notes and then create credit note before I can start. Semms a long way round

Hi Peter,

It seems as though the New button only works when viewing a sales invoice - I have escalated to the technical team to resolve and will let you know as soon as this is complete.
