Commas separating addresses

There is a minor bug in the way Clearbooks handles the company address. One some reports/outputs such as invoices, it doesn't add a comma between the address fields so I've added these into the address in settings manually. However, in some reports, such as customer statements, it adds the comma in automatically meaning that the address is separated with double commas due to me adding these in manually to make the invoices look correct.
