Cancellation

Problem reported by james hirst 9 years ago

Hi

I submitted a cancellation request online last week - I was told to expect a call to confirm it but haven't had one - if its during office hours its unlikely to get through, though no voicemail left either.

I resubmitted request today.

Can someone confirm the details needed to cancel my subscription please, I am available now on phone details provided or can accept details by email or voicemail any other time.

Thanks

Good morning, James. Sorry to hear this wasn't sorted out for you. If you give me the company name, I can close this for you now if you want?

Hi Natasha

Company is Hirst Ltd, please do go ahead and cancel - I've been trying to do so for some time and want to avoid further charges for a service I haven't used for more than a year.

Thanks

James

Good morning, James. I just wanted to ask, have you exported everything you need from the account? Once it's closed you won't be able to access it and once the account has been dormant for 90 days, it is company policy to purge it from the system.

What is the most comprehensive export I can make?

I've got the weekly backup I've had attachments downloaded separately

Anything else I should run/save? My only concern is for HMRC record keeping at this point.

James

So long as you have exported everything available in the Tools > Export drop-down menu (for all the periods you require), you should be all set.

All done - please cancel account

Thanks

Hi James. That has all been sorted for you now. The subscription has been cancelled and your account is now closed. If you have any further queries or need to access the account again within the next 90 days, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
