What is happening with restore

I emailed 2 days ago asking why the weekly backups had not occurred. No response Yesterday I clicked on restore - got the message saying that the restore point would be created. Today it says the only restore point is 24th April

Would someone care to tell me what is happening please?

Hi Andy,

Restores are currently unavailable, I'm afraid. We are working on getting them back up and running as soon as possible. If you would like a particular restore, please send us the details to contact support and we will do this manually on your behalf.
