Balance sheet doesn't shows same amount as on dashboard

Hi there,

I have looked inside the Community but could find a solution for my problem.

I have a question regarding my balance sheet in relation with the amount on the dashboard.

i have (besides some EUR-account) two accounts in foreign currency (USD and SEK, Swedish crowns). Both of them show there is money on this account in the balance sheet, while the dashboard shows 0 (zero).

I cannot change it by making a journal, is there another way?

Hi Peter,

Yep, this does look to be a case where the bank accounts simply haven't been revalued to account for the exchange rate changes. If you have any further issues after doing this, please let us know.

Unfortunately I cannot open the link on my iPhone, I am redirected to clearbooks.nl mainpage (I am in NL)...

When I am at my laptop I will be back. Thanks for now!!

From a computer I am also redirected to the NL-page. The mentioned guide is not there.... Changing to UK doesn't work, so now I am stuck...

When are you guys going to solve the auto redirect issue, this causes a unworkable situation. I am not able to open any guide because I am redirected to the NL-website!!
