Is the current users/pending invites screen updating properly?

Please see my new client with the name that starts 470...

I sent two invites out yesterday. They're still showing as pending on my screen but i'm sure at least one of them has logged in as they had trouble setting up the Yodlee feed.

Is this a known problem? I've got a few new clients to add but would quite like to know the position on this first before doing so.

Hi Kevin,

I've just had a look at that account and both of the users are still showing as pending on our admin area and the Yodlee subscription hasn't been set up yet.

One of users was previously set up on a different Clearbooks account which has since been closed so could there be any confusion with that?

Very strange....

I'll have a word and give you a nudge if needed.
