Firstly clearbooks went down entirely.

Now unable to PDF up reports from nominal ledger (transaction lists).

This in really not good enough in the middle of a working week, I need these reports to take off site to a meeting this afternoon!!

Hi Charline,

Unfortunately we had a brief, server error earlier. Which has disrupted some of the PDF features in the software and our Live Chat. The server is up and running again now, but there are still a few issues with viewing PDF's and uploads. Our technical team are currently working on fixing this, as a matter of urgency. As soon as it has been resolved, I will let you know asap.
