Import from Paypal not importing customers details AGAIN

Last two updates haven't included, within the import, customer details and so we are have to manually enter their details, can you look at this again

Hi Michael,

As discussed in our Live Chat earlier, I have escalated this to our technical team who are investigating the issue as a matter of urgency. I will keep you posted of any progress and update you on Monday, when they have had a more in-depth look into what could be causing the problem.
