I have been trying to call your customer services as no one has got back to me on an issue I raised nearly 2 months ago. I keep getting a message saying to call back in 10 minutes or raise a ticket. I have so far raised 3 tickets over the course of the last 2 months and have still not had a returned phone call or a response to my messages.

You have been taking money for someone else's subscription from MY bank account and have not given me a refund.

I would like a response ASAP please!!!

Sorry about this Maya,

It looks as though all your tickets have been replied to - you can view them all in the My Tickets section in the drop down menu at the top of the page when logged in to Clear Books.


It could be that all replies are going to your spam/junk folder. Would it be possible to let me know the client name so that we can cancel the subscription and refund?
