GoCardless Not Applying to Invoices

Hi there, A customer paid two invoices by GoCardless between 15th-17th May and I can see this on the invoice itself in the "GoCardless Invoices" section. The status says it is "complete", but the invoice still remains "Unpaid" as it hasn't got payments listed in the Payment History section. The payments usually get created automatically, but for some reason it didn't for these invoices.

Was there a problem with GoCardless on these dates?

I am really sorry about this. Could you please email helpdesk at contact support with the customer's details and the invoices in question so that we can take a closer look into this for you.

Please could you also confirm that these invoices are paid and that the funds have left the customer's bank account in real life?
