Money Import tool

Hello, I have just imported a bank file in csv format using the money import tool. For some strange reason the import has missed the vast majority of transaction between the 1st and 9th of the month. Any date with a 1, 2 or 3 in front of it has imported but nothing for the 1st to the 9th for April / June / July / August / September / October. For some strange reason it appears to have imported all transactions for May !

Can you advise why this might be?

Hi Gerard - as there are a number of possible explanations here, can I suggest you send a message to support, via "Need Help" attaching the csv so that they can see if there's any fault with the data?
