I phone the support number and I get a weird message saying that the person on the number is on the phone

Yesterday the support number was giving a message telling me to phone back in 10 minutes - constantly. Is Clear Books considering a more effect level of support?

Really sorry to hear that you were experiencing this problem getting through to our support team.

Our accountant hotline 02034754743. Is this the number you were trying?

Alternatively, I can request that someone gives you a call back if you wish Peter?

Yes, that's the number, Lizzie. If you try phoning it you will know what I mean. It would be good to get a call back please.
