Charged again, despite asking for a account deletion 3 times prior!

Hi,

I've been trying to cancel this account for a good 3 weeks; yet no one is doing anything. I have been charged again on the 16th Jan 2016 despite wanting to be deleted and I'm now getting very frustrated that you are continuing to charge me despite my intent to leave your service.

I would like my account to be deleted and the most recent charge to be refunded, please.
