Trying to submit EC sales list and getting an authentication failure. I have already appointed clearbooks as agents for EC sales. Thanks

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this error has caused. Would you mind sending details of the client account the authentication failed on to contact support, please? We can then investigate the matter further for you.
