Access to HR

Please can you help. I am a Director and jointly own the company but I am unable to access the HR tab. We have checked the permissions and this is selected but I am unable to get on. Thanks

Hi Karen, it seems that HR has not been set up correctly on you account, so I suspect that is why it is not available for you. Could you please have the main contact on the account log in, open the HR tab and enter a Year start date and Year end date, then click the Add button.

After that you should have access.

If this does not resolve the issue please let me know.

Thanks Richard. We have changed that. It says I still have no access. Does it take a while to register this

Hi Karen,

Looking at your account it seems that the message is a little misleading as it is not a permission issue as such.

You are currently signed up for the free HR subscription which only allows one user (the main contact) to have access. If you need to have additional users then you will need to navigate to your Home > Subscription page and choose a payment plan for HR which allows access for more than one user.

OK thanks. This was set up by someone who we had paid to do our accounts but did not work out so Im not sure if all of it is set up correctly. I will look at the subscription. Thanks
