No access - saying my free trial has expired (I pay monthly by direct debit and am not on a free trial!)

Problem reported by Paul Barnes 9 years ago

I have tried to log on this morning but received the following: "Your free trial has expired. Until you sign up for a subscription, all you will be able to see is the Dashboard."

I have been signed up for 9 or 10 months now and the monthly payment is taken by direct debit. The direct debit isn't due (and there is no reason why it would not transfer in any case).

What do i need to do to get in??

Hi Paul

Good Morning.

Can you let me know the name of your company and I will out you on an override so that you will have immediate access until we find the reason for this issue.

We seem to have a problem with the subscriptions rolling over for a number of customers and our development team are looking int the issue right now and hopefully will be resolved soon.

Apologies for this error.
