I need to speak to Support urgently

I have an issue with recurring invoices not triggering - you'll find my details on your answer phone from 4 hours ago.

Thanks for the email and the triggering of the script by your Dev.

Consider that I set these up last night - they still hadn't processed this morning - hence the message on your answer phone... so it would appear that I 'missed' the processing slot for the day.

It would seem to me that a worthy use of programming would be to trigger said script instantly IF the start date is on the day of creation... it can't possibly use that much resources and it would give the appearance to the customer that we all are efficient and want to take their money as soon as possible.

Regarding your last comment, if a recurring template is created using the current days date, the software should create the first invoice instantly. Can you confirm that this didn't happen when you created one and if so, what the recurring template number is so that we can investigate this issue further?
