I Can't change my invoice to paid because the amount doesn't show up it the allocate invoice against..what will i do?

Hi,

I just want to ask if what will I do with my invoice? because I can't change it to paid,it doesn't show up it the allocate invoice against it...what necessary steps would i do to make to show it up ? Thanks for answering, I just need to change it immediately.

Would you mind sending some more information on this in to us, please? If you could provide some details on the invoice id number, what you are trying to allocate it to and the name of your Clear Books account and email to contact support we can then investigate further for you and see what the problem might be.

Thanks for your immediate reply. Actually If i remembered it clearly I was enable to change it to paid actually but for some reason it is still on the unpaid invoices were in it should be on paid.. what do you think is the problem with it? will it still be resolved?

Hi Lara,

If you wouldn't mind sending me some more details to the email address contact support I can take a look at the invoice for you. If it is marked as paid but still showing in the unpaid section, then it sounds like there is an error with a zero amount being allocated to the invoice. I would be happy to correct it for you, but I will need to know the invoice id and your company name. If you send that to us directly, I can investigate further for you.
