My invoices end up in spam folders

How can I avoid my invoices - sent out from clearbooks - ending up in peoples spam folders?

Hi Jonas,

The customers you are sending them to, would just need to make sure they've added us as a contact and that should stop the emails going to their spam folders. If this does not resolve the issue, please do let us know.

ok.. exactly what contact will they have to add?

Hi Jonas,

After taking a look at your account, I believe the issue may be due to the email address the payslips are being sent from. There is no Sender Policy Framework published for your domain, which means the recipient has to guess if the email is legitimate or not; so it often gets sent to the spam folder.
