vat return

Hi I had been working on a vat return and realised I still needed to do corrections. I deleted the vat return as this had not been completed as yet and tried to do changes. It keeps saying transaction is on vat return to April 2016 but we have not submitted one as yet...this was deleted before process? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Nicholas,

We would need to look into the individual transaction to see why it i still being linked.

If you can let me know the invoice/bill number, I'll take a look into this issue.

If you don't want to disclose the invoice/bill information on the community then feel free to send a ticket into contact support.
