Dividends error

In Purchases - Dividends - Overview, the dividends history is correct. But when I click 'Click here to see previous dividends data' the list shows dividends which I thought I had deleted. These are also being counted in my management reports so the total figure for dividends is wrong (which is what alerted me in the first place).
I made a couple of mistakes when originally processing the dividends and thought I had deleted and then re-entered them but it seems that I've ended up with duplicates instead.
