Hi, I have just started using the payroll function. Clearbooks wont let me add payroll information from April for one of our employees - I try to 'process' the information but nothing changes. Help please!

Hi Debbie

I think it's going to be quite difficult to get anybody on the forum to help with this one. Either submit a private ticket to support or just give them a call [the latter might actually be the easier option here as I can envisage quite a few emails going back/forth otherwise].
