Go Cardless: "Link Existing Pre-authorisation " Missing

I have just had just gone to link a clear books account to Go Cardless and the "Link Existing Pre-authorisation " button has suddenly disappeared

Has this function been moved / changed?

Hello Andy

As you are probably aware, GoCardless recently released their new dashboard which has been rolling out to all users since April 2016. You can read about the changes they have made in more detail on their website: https://gocardless.com/blog/introducing-your-new-gocardless-dashboard/.

As part of the update they have unfortunately removed functionality for importing existing pre-authorisations from your GoCardless account into Clear Books. This change affects two features that were previously available in Clear Books:

Importing a single existing pre-authorisation

Importing a CSV containing a list of existing pre-authorisations

If you are using the new version of the GoCardless dashboard then these features won't be working in Clear Books. Therefore, we have taken the decision to remove the features from our application. If we hear any news from GoCardless regarding this update that could allow us to re-enable these features in the future, we'll be sure to let you know.

That's annoying. So we need to add a new customer via the Clearbooks 'Add pre-authorisation' section now? Presumably once the client fills in their details from that, Clearbooks will then be linked?

I do very much agree that removing that feature is annoying. its also left me confused on how I can get them working moving forward as I need to define specific values now but when I bill a client the values can change every month.
