Last day or so my statements have started showing 3 dots where it used to show the summary of the corresponding invoice

Hi Colin,
The summary usually has to be manually entered, unless you copy an invoice or one is generated from a quote/PO/recurring template. It might be best to email your details through to contact support (or raise a ticket) so we can investigate on your account.
