unable to import transactions to bank acc

Hello Every time I try to import bank transactions I get: Import failed. Data has already been uploaded or incorrect file data.

I have changed the csv file name in the hopes it will see it as new file, in case it is the file name but no luck.

So i have compared this upload with previous csv in a word editor both look the same (different dates, amounts) in formatting. i have created a new CSV and imported the data but still the same error?

Any suggestions how i can resolve? Regards
