how to change invoice number

Hi Sam,

To do this, you should go to: Settings> Invoice Themes> Preferences.

In the 'Sales invoice prefix' field, you can change the 'INV' to whatever you prefer. In the 'First invoice number' field, you can start the invoice numbering from wherever you like.

can i do 100% customize ?

You can fully customise the numbering. Please be aware that unless edited, the numbering will continue from where you set it.

i have old invoices from 2014 and 2015 so all of them are different references number

Hi Sameer,

In that case, it may just be best to import them on the Tools>Import menu, as you can use any invoice number you like.
