invoice issue

Dear sir

i am having issues

Whenever i try to create old dated/new dated invoice with customize invoice number after click save button screen take me to below options and doesnt save anything

Hi Sameer,

Head to the Settings>Periods menu - is the date of the transaction you are adding prior to the date of the first reporting period?

Would you be able to send a ticket with your account details and I will investigate further on you account? Also if you can let me know the date of the transaction you are trying to add that would be great.
