auto Payment reminder

How do I turn off the payment reminder settings it sends out reminders after 7 days which is not enough time as the invoice goes out 2 days before the DD is taken from the account and then it can take up to 5 days for the DD to come into our account, on top of the bargain we only reconcile the bank weekly so it can take up to 13 days before the invoice is cleared.

We have a credit term of 15 days and would like the reminder to coincide with that, is this possible? If not possible can we switch it off altogether? Killian

Hi Killian,

The auto email settings are now on the Contacts>Emails>Email settings menu:

The auto reminder has a setting to send every X number of days after the due date. I thought that if you perhaps set this to 0 it would only send the reminder on the due date, however, after discussing with a developer, they have had a look at the code and entering 0 will prevent all reminder emails. With this in mind, I would, therefore, recommend disabling the auto reminder
