Journal Issue

Hi,

Whenever I click on the journal tab I am greeted with the below message.

" Whoops, something has gone wrong! Well this is awkward... it looks like we have broken something on our system. We are really sorry about this, but we are only human at the end of the day, so occasionally we unfortunately get things wrong. But don't panic! Our technical team has already been notified about the problem and are on the case! "

This has been an ongoing problem for the past two days, although it says the team has been notified the problem still persists and I haven't had any communication regarding it?

Hi Sam,

I have just logged into your account and it seems you do not have permissions to view journals which means that you should not really be able to see the menu link to this feature. To enable this permission you will need to ask an admin user on the account to update, however, I shall escalate to the technical team to update the menu to make it less confusing for all.

Thanks for the quick response. Seems slightly strange as I've never had an issue posting journals previously but will see if my admin can resolve for me.
