Clearbooks not pulling Invoice through for VAT return

We are trying to complete a VAT return for our last quarter, but Clearbooks is not pulling any invoices in and subsequently, not preparing the VAT return.

Can somebody please look at it for us.

Hi Martin - have you set up your VAT details and scheme in Settings > Organisation > Details & tax (including the Manage VAT schemes page)?

I have thanks Paul. Have been using the system for a couple of years and for the first time, for some reason, the invoices will not pull through.

All solved thanks John. In the end I cleared the cache, rebooted the PC and it's allowed me to proceed as normal.
