I can summit my vat return online ?! What does mean and how do enable. Clear books ?
Error message :VAT return confirmed.. However, this return could NOT be submitted to HMRC. Have you enabled Clear Books as your agent? Is your VAT number correct?

To be able to submit VAT returns via Clear Books you will need to log in to the Government Gateway and appoint Clear Books as an agent :
